FACILITY DESCRIPTION
The Global Exchange Meeting and Training Center is the ideal forum for classroom instruction, conferences, corporate meetings, presentations, and collaborative projects. The facility is designed with state-of-the-art technology to enhance group communication and interaction. It contains one large dividable conference room, two breakout rooms, and adjoining work areas for up to 100 attendees. Wall to wall whiteboards, large work tables, and ergonomic chairs make it adaptable to your meeting needs. Each classroom contains overhead mounted LCD projectors, screens, and speakers. Portable whiteboards, flip charts and laptop computers can be set up upon request. Full or partial catering services, IT support, printing and copying, and meeting planning services available.

FOOD SERVICE
  
Coffee and water are provided free of charge. Kitchen facilities are also available for the convenience of conference attendees. A variety of soft drinks and snacks are available for a nominal charge.
The Global Exchange can arrange catered meals. The All-Day Food Package includes a continental breakfast, buffet lunch, afternoon snacks, and beverages. The Box Lunch Package includes sandwiches, snacks and beverages. Additionally, a number of restaurants are located within a 5-10 minute walk. |

The Exchange is conveniently located in Reston, Virginia one mile from the Dulles Toll Road (Route 267-W). It is easily accessible from anywhere in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area. To reach The Exchange take the Orange Line via the West Falls Church Metro and Express Bus 951 to the Sunrise Valley/Preston White stop.
